Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers for fast, reliable delivery.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically reach customers in 1–5 business days. Tracking information will be sent via email once the order is shipped. Shipments are fulfilled through Amazon, with some arriving on the same day.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly, but if you reach us within 12 hours of ordering, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it before shipping.

What is the Order & Return Process?

Bamboo Charcuterie Board Return, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At HouseUrHome.com, we believe in the quality of our Bamboo Products. 

If you’re not in love with your HouseUrHome.com bamboo charcuterie boards, you can exchange or return with a proof of purchase. The exchange/return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.   The returning item(s) must be sent back to our shipping and receiving department. If you need to return any of our other products for damage or warranty reasons, please follow the instructions below.

Order Process:

  1. Order - You receive an email notification of your order.
  2. Processing - Takes 1 business day.  You will receive an email notification containing your tracking information when the order ships.
  3. Ordered Delivered - You will receive an email notification of your order being delivered.

How to Submit a Return Request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund to the account you used to purchase the product.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are securely encrypted.
