Instructions
- Prepare the House Ur Home bamboo board on a flat surface and set small bowls at the top for dips, spreads, and berries.
- Place the brie wheel slightly off center. Add cheddar cubes, sliced gouda, and firm cheese wedges around it to form the base of the board.
- Create two or three salami roses and place them near the center. Add folded prosciutto and small stacks of salami or pepperoni around the cheeses.
- Add clusters of grapes, berries, figs, kiwi, oranges, tomatoes, and other fruit to bring bright color and fresh contrast.
- Arrange sliced baguette, butter crackers, and breadsticks along the outer edges. Fill small gaps with walnuts and almonds.
- Build the vegetable tray on the side board with peppers, cucumbers, and celery arranged neatly.
- Finish by placing the side fruit tray and adding mint or rosemary sprigs for color and aroma.
Pairing
Pairs well with medium bodied red wines such as Pinot Noir or Merlot. For white wine lovers, Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio works beautifully. For a non alcoholic option, serve sparkling water with citrus slices or hibiscus iced tea.
Tip
Group items by texture and color for visual balance. Keep soft cheeses and fruits together, place meats near complementary cheeses, and distribute bright produce evenly across the board for a polished look.
Finishing Touch
Add a light drizzle of honey near the fruit and tuck in a few rosemary sprigs to bring everything together. Place wine glasses or your beverage of choice beside the board to complete the presentation and make the spread inviting.
