Return, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At HouseurHome.com we believe in the quality of our Bamboo Products. 

If you’re not in love with your product, you can exchange or return with a proof of purchase. The exchange/return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.   The returning item(s) must be sent back to our shipping and receiving department. If you need to return any of our other products for damage or warranty reasons, please follow the instructions below.

Order Process:

1. Order - You receive an email notification of your order.
2. Processing - Takes 1 business day.  You receive an email notification when the order is shipped, containing your tracking information.
3. Ordered Delivered - You will receive an email notification of your order being delivered.

How to Submit a Return Request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
8. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will then receive an email with your shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund to the account you used to purchase the product.
