At Bamboo.Store we believe in the quality of our Bamboo Products. 

If you’re not in love with your Bamboo.Store bamboo bed sheet set or pillow cases, you can exchange or return with a proof of purchase. The exchange/return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.   The returning item(s) must be sent back to our shipping and receiving department. If you need to return any of our other products for damage or warranty reasons, please follow the instructions below.

  2. Processing - Takes 1 business day.  You receive an email notification when the order is shipped containing your tracking information.
  3. Ordered Delivered - You will receive an email notification of your order delivered.
